"Rick assisted me in the listing and selling of a rental condo property and the process could not have been more seamless for me. One of the most important aspects of the transaction were that I be able to be as hands-off as possible and Rick made that happen. My primary residence is an hour and a half away from the condo I was selling and I did not want to have to commute back and forth at all to facilitate the process. Rick ensured that was possible. He was straight forward in his approach and kept me well informed along the way. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!"
